We had a transmission for a 2010 Chevy Equinox completely rebuilt. It had to go back to the shop three times, but eventually they did get it completely right. There was frustration about it but they stuck with it and guaranteed it would be correct. We felt like the manager - Harry - stuck by us and had our best interests at heart. And it was eventually done completely. We are very happy with the final product even though it took longer than we would have preferred. Everyone stayed professional and got it resolved.

Got a heavily padded quote, about 200% what any other shop quoted. Despite pricing out components myself and supplying a concise description of the work, leaving little to imagination.I guess there's a tariff on their shop hours 🀣🀑 Will not be using their services.

BEWARE! My company sold a used Ford Freestyle transmission to Harry at this location. This transmission was running and driving. It had been thoroughly inspected at our facility, and also came with a standard 6 month part warranty. Harry chose to purchase an additional 1 year part and labor warranty. After they received the transmission, he claimed it was in, and not working properly at all. He assured us it had been installed correctly. Since this is a well known transmission shop, with locations all over the country, we took him at his word. We got it back, and issued the refund and labor warranty payout, as was our end of the deal. Big Mistake. After receiving the transmission back and inspecting it again; we realized it had never been installed. This happens a lot in our industry, unfortunately. We decided to re-list the transmission for sale; being fully transparent with the customer as to the previous scenario. Ironically, once this transmission was installed, it ran perfect, and we never heard form the customer or their shop again. Just make sure to dot your I's and cross your T's when selling auto parts here.

Absolutely butchered a brake job. Lots of little stuff but the big one was putting the outside pad on the inside for the rear brakes which destroyed the rear caliper. Amateurs

I’d like to preface this review by saying that I got three diagnostic test done by three different places: Jesseβ€˜s auto tech, AAMCO, and Toyota dealership. Two out of three of them told me the same problem that I was having with my car, and it wasn’t AAMCO. I was told by Harry after paying $160 for a diagnostic test that I needed brakes and calibers for my Corolla. But the thing is, I had just gotten all of that, plus rotors replaced just about a year ago. Harry gave me a quote of about $600 to replace my front brakes, but somehow keep the calibers that were already on my car and that they would just clean them out and save me a little cash. $600 but let’s keep parts that should be replaced on your car- Great that sounds safe! Then when I asked him about doing a diagnostic test for my check engine light, he told me it would be an additional $160 per hour to do the diagnostic test because and his words β€œyou have over 15 codes popping up”, but the thing is, all those EVAP emission codes popping up were all linked together, and it was showing up as being in the history of my car, but it wasn’t all current. I know this because I also went to AutoZone and they looked up the codes. $160
